Extreme Events

External scenarios and situations that radically destabilize an organization and its environment constitute a genuine existential threat. Also, the most extreme scenario that the organization does not take into account, whether it is the worst case scenario or the best scenario, the opportunity common to both is that the organization is not at all prepared to make correct decisions nor perform effectively in these situations. For example, a regional war, the collapse of infrastructure, radical political changes, global economic crisis. Alternatively: business situation the organization is not prepared for or the existential risk level for the organization.
