Haim is Integra�s foremost expert on Emergency Preparedness & Management and Civil Defense. His decades of accumulated experience and knowledge of these sectors are based on both his years of service in the Israel Defense forces as well as in the private Sector.
Haim is also the CEO and Founder of the Tactical Training College (TTC), which specializes in training to military units, police and civilian organizations in combat & security readiness, including: developing tactical methods, unique training programs, customized plans and methodologies for military, police and security organizations.
